Are they real flowers?
Yes. Every arrangement is created using 100% real, natural flowers and foliage. Each stem is carefully selected and bio-preserved to retain its natural beauty, texture and appearance.
Are preserved flowers the same as dried flowers?
No. Unlike dried flowers, which lose much of their original colour, shape and softness, our bio-preservation process helps retain the natural appearance and delicate feel of fresh flowers. The result is a beautifully natural arrangement designed to be enjoyed for years, rather than days.
How do they stay looking fresh?
Our blooms undergo a unique preservation process which removes the water content and replaces it with natural oils. This enables the flowers and foliage to retain their beautiful appearance without the need for water or ongoing maintenance.
Do the flowers look artificial?
Not at all. Our flowers are 100% real and natural. The preservation process allows them to retain much of their original colour, shape and texture, giving them an authentic appearance that artificial flowers simply cannot replicate.
Do all flowers preserve in the same way?
No. Different flower varieties respond differently to the preservation process. This is why we carefully select flowers and foliage that lend themselves beautifully to preservation, ensuring each arrangement retains its natural charact
Do the flowers or foliage have a smell?
Some materials, such as eucalyptus and lavender, retain their natural scent. Most other flowers and foliage have little to no noticeable fragrance following the preservation process.
How long will the flowers last?
Thanks to our preservation process, our flowers are designed to retain their beauty for at least a year, with many customers enjoying their arrangements for up to three years. Their longevity depends on their surroundings and how well they are cared for.
Do I need to water the flowers?
No. Our bio-preserved flowers require absolutely no water. In fact, adding water can damage the arrangement, so we recommend keeping them completely dry.
Do the flowers need sunlight?
No. We recommend keeping your arrangement away from direct sunlight, as prolonged exposure can cause the natural colours to fade over time.
How do I keep my flowers looking their best?
Keep your arrangement in a cool, dry environment, away from direct sunlight, humidity and heat sources.
